PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S federal holidays. Your order begins processing the day AFTER you place your order. For example if your order is placed on Monday processing begins Tuesday. If your order is placed on Friday, processing begins Monday. After this allotted time period you will receive your shipping information.
LOST PACKAGE?
We are NOT responsible for packages after they have been marked delivered. If your package is missing after being marked delivered, contact USPS & file a claim using your tracking number. We offer a signature confirmation shipping option to ensure the safety of your package for an additional fee. If you decline this option, you assume full responsibility for your package after it is marked delivered. We highly recommend purchasing signature confirmation if you reside in an area with a high incidence of stolen packages.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We accept exchanges if stock is available. If your choice of exchange is unavailable you will be issued a store credit that does not expire. All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition. All exchange requests must be sent out within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the exchange process please email your order number and whatever details you can provide to help us get you what you need! Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.
